The Leechburg Area School District uses online forms for enrollment. Please click link below to begin enrolling a student in our district.
PRE-REGISTRATION
IMPORTANT: Once you submit your preregistration and the pre-registration is approved, you will receive an email with the instructions to complete the Enrollment Process.
If you are registering for Kindergarten for next school year, choose the ENTRY YEAR as 2024-2025 and ENTRY DATE as 08/01/2024.

Be prepared to upload required documentation as part of the enrollment process, listed below:
- Student's Birth Certificate
- Student's Immunization Record
- Parent's Driver's License, State ID, or Military ID
- Gas, Electric, Water, Mortgage or Lease with your current address (1 required for verification of address)
- Custody Agreement, if applicable
- Guardianship Paperwork, if applicable
- Kindergarten Enrollment Required - Medical Examination, Dental Examination, and Medical History Form
Medical Packet
- Physicals: Due at grades 6 and 11 (Required for Kindergarten Enrollment) Print from link below
- Dental: Due at grades 3 and 7 (Required for Kindergarten Enrollment) Print from link below
- Medical History: Kindergarten Enrollment - complete on the Parent Portal
- Medical Permission Form: For any student for the nurse's records to administer medication- complete on the Parent Portal
