Sports Physicals

Sports Physical Day is Saturday, June 1, 2024, at 8 AM at the High School - Nurse's Office.  The cost is $20.  Cash or check made out to Leechburg School District.

Sports physicals are required for the following sports and it is required to have a new physical for each school year:

                    Cheerleading                             Basketball

                    Football                                     Track

                    Golf                                           Softball

                    Soccer                                       Baseball

                    Volleyball
