I felt so accomplished this year when I got my acceptance into NHS. My father was inducted into his high school's NHS chapter, and I am glad that I have the same accomplishment with him. I knew my hard work would pay off. I was very excited about this ceremony because it was the 70th anniversary of our school's chapter. Many past members got to celebrate with the previous and new inductees.

I think the NHS Ceremony was great. It was really nice to see former Leechburg NHS members return for the 70th Anniversary Ceremony. I enjoyed participating in the ceremony and being one of the "elders." To the most recent inductees, congratulations. All of you should be proud to be inducted into such an elite group.

Everybody looked so nice for the ceremony! Everything was very formal and peaceful. Congrats to everybody who made NHS.

Every year, the NHS Induction Ceremony is an event to celebrate. The ceremony celebrates the hard work students have put into their school work and also into their community work. This year was special, however. This year was the 70th anniversary of Leechburg NHS. Since it was the 70th anniversary, Mrs. [Jolynn] Young invited all previous NHS inductees to the induction. My brother and my dad attended the event. Many previous inductees also attended the event.
