If you are interested in playing collegiate level sports at a Division I or Division II School, you should speak with your athletic director, as well as the guidance counselor ASAP. There is important information you need to know and guidelines you need to follow that will impact your opportunity to play sports at the college level. There are no eligibility rules for students who will play at a Division III school. .

Division 1 has a sliding scale for SAT scores and GPA. See the NCAA website for this scale. Division II has a minimum SAT score requirement of 820 or an ACT sum score of 68.
  • Students who will be taking the SAT in October will need to make a request to the College Board that their scores be sent directly to NCAA
  • Students and parents can access the NCAA website for information on core course requirements and the application process.
  • NCAA has modified guidelines for students with disabilities. Additional information is available in the guidance office.
  • Students who are eligible for a fee waiver for the SAT/ACT, may be eligible for an NCAA fee waiver.
